Below FAQ are some common concerns of our customers before purchasing.

Currently, we do not restock items. As always, we want to bring you something new with limited quantities of each style.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and Apple Pay. We also accept store credit in the form of an e-gift card.

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours of credit card authorization (excluding holidays). Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days. All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM Eastern time zone will begin processing the following Monday.

Unfortunately, we do not.

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sale items, gift cards, free or promotional (gift with purchase) items, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return. Swanky Bella Boutique will not accept any returns after 14 days. Once your item has been received and reviewed, you will receive a store credit via email. Store credit never expires. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Swanky Bella Boutique and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, or that fall underneath the aforementioned items that are ineligible for returns. PLEASE NOTE: Your store credit will include the cost for the item(s) only. No original shipping fees. We do not offer free returns at this time, thus return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 50% will be assessed on orders that are: Refused by the customer at the time of delivery or Returned due to an undeliverable address DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED ITEMS Defective/damaged items must be reported within 2 days of package receipt, if not reported we will not issue store credit. If you believe you have received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. If you received a defective/damaged item or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size (if still available). Please contact customer service FIRST by sending an email to orders@swankybellaboutique.com — we will ask you to take a picture of what you have received for verification purposes. Our items sell out very fast due to high demand. On rare occasions, an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are doubtful. However, suppose an item in your order sells out. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will ship the rest and refund the out-of-stock item..
